Sorry everyone.... Things have been extremely busy the past couple of months with the job, moving and Christmas not to mention a retail project for another developer that I am still helping out on quite a bit.  :P

We should get some things spun up again soon.

Excellent new pictures. I love it how the loadout defines the look, the machine gunner having machine gun pouches, etc. What are the small pouches on the chest, for grenades?

Isn't it possible to colour the untextured pieces in a specific colour in the 3D program? If so, I'd suggest to apply a green colour to them next time, so that they don't look that much out of place and provide a better impression of a final look. The white looks a bit to much out of place.

Want to see more woodland camouflage outfits. :D

Perhaps other then so he can point them out. Maybe he left the pouches textures white (placeholder/occlusion) to make sure he will remember to finish the texture later. Can be easy to forget things like that when its not so obviously standing out. I know I prefer to texture something all in one go.

You could always colour the pictures in yourself

The pouches in the video are all old and will be replaced. The untextured white ones in the images are the new ones. The coloring is just 1 version that is done. There will be many versions to choose from but I don't want to explain the entire customization setup due to possible prying eyes. I want to keep some secrets. <_<

I will say that playing MP will be similar to playing the old R6 games in terms of team setup. :feedthemonster:

More or less due to the explanation above. Troops these days mostly get ACUs and desert style boots issued to them. SF guys can wear what they want and you will see various types of footwear in the game though.

This is from another thread.

How will the game handle screenshots? Or do we have to use printscreen instead?

(I think this has been asked before:) Does the game support alt-tabbing?

Honestly I am not sure... we will just use whatever is in the engine so what UDK is a good test bed to see. I do know alt-tab works fine.

Really, John -- MP based on old R6 principles?

Hooooah!

We are still stuck in RvS for the most realistic team work game play on our servers.

That is both cool and sad at the same time. I'm glad you are still enjoying it though.
