Finding investors isn't as easy as it should be... or I thought it would be. Most do not understand the industry at all and have a very difficult time understanding the fact that there is no inventory, monthly revenue during development and the creative'ness of what we do.

It's been extremely tough to find money. But, we are still turning over rocks to see what's there.

Not to meddle in BFS business affairs, but surrendering creative control would sorta negate the whole purpose of going independent. Hours, pay and benefits would probably be higher working for an established developer then.

If I had a million dollars, I would give up about half of it for a healthy chunk of stock in BFS. By the way things sound, this game is going to make BFS not break em. I see a lot of new faces in here and that means growing support.

John, your Title and Game Introduction are impressive to say the least. I was hooked from the first day this all kick started at gr.net and I will stand behind you all the way :)

I'm really looking forward to this game, and find the dev. posts quite tantalizing. That being said, am I the only one who finds the title pretty much 'meh?' When you think about it, the title Rainbow Six isn't that great, but it does grow on you. Here's to hoping Ground Branch does the same.

What's wrong with the title? Would "1337 CIA dELtA sPEc oPz from hell" be better?
I wouldn't care much about the title, it's the game that matters.

New to the forum. Jerm VVarfare put me on this game and it sounds really interesting. Are you guys going to bring this to the consoles? I am strictly a console player. I can't wait for this, this may make me buy a pc for gaming. Go Blue!

edit: I just read the faq and I see it is planned for the 360, sweet, I don't have to buy a gaming rig now.
