I didn't know the Sydney Opera House had naval minions.  :o

Really nice pics, Ryan. :clapping: Can't wait for my vacation to start.
Here's a cell-phone pic from last venture.

Too bad it was taken from a train doing 135/85.
Somewhere between Hamburg, Germany and the Danish border.

For a cell phone that looks really neat. Like a water color painting.

I like it too but I wish I could'ave taken it from a stationary platform.
It was such a beautiful scene with the intense sunrise reflecting off the morning mist.

Here is an idea of what I am currently working on. This piece is 600 tons and about 213 feet long and 22 feet across.

While you're in Europe, try picking up some of that metric system you might'ave heard of. :)
And by the way, I tried googling the project and all I could come up with was Scotland.

Greater Gabbard, Offshore Wind Turbine Project is 23KM off the coast of Suffolk. Scottish and Southern Energy will get 50% of the electricity once completed.

Here is what I am looking for in the 170C metal that is about 70mm thick.

And yes, we all know you're looking for crack. Even though Holland's better known for its pot. :hippi:

Hope you have a good time in here WK.

By chance you already had yourself a "Frikandel Speciaal"? You haven't really been in The Netherlands without having ate one of those.

3 shots from the weekend just passed, had a pretty good location for both some closeup and landscape shots so I just had to try it out.

Just wish I would of moved in closer for that last shot but didn't really want to first negotiate my way over a barbwire fence and then face either get trampled by the cows in that paddock or risk the snakes. That thing on the left is a pond teeming with frogs so snakes are sure to be closeby!

Has-been, now retired for good.....maybe

Would not have a clue mate. All the way untill I got home and saw the pics at full size I thought the red acctually was berries of some kind not huge red flowers, took the photo from about a 100 meters away with asmuch zoom as the camera could manage.

OK, here are a few more pics I took a couple of days ago. This windmill is closest to the sea in all of Holland.

Here is a panoramic view of the ramparts just outside of Veere next to the windmill.
