I think a good way to promote it is by of course besides leaving the link, is actually telling people a little about the project and whos running the show. Makes it a bit more enticing for folks to click on the link with some information on what its about up front.

Kickstarter thread on BIS forum has been locked and Galzohar got +1 warn for posting without searching. Mods on BIS forums have bad attitude toward BFS, I posted again in old GB threrad.

I don't think it's an attitude towards BFS necessarily.  They do keep their forums pretty "clean" considering the size of their forums.  I had already noted the locked thread and added the open thread on the OP.
